Davis
DVM
Dr. Davis was born and raised in Guthrie, OK. He attended Oklahoma State University, where he studied Animal Science before graduating with his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine in 1992. After graduation, Dr. Davis moved to Boston, where he worked for six years as an associate in a 24-hour referral practice. He returned to Oklahoma in 1998 and became the solo owner of Santa Fe Veterinary Clinic in 2003. Since 1999, the American Board of Veterinary Practitioners has certified him as a diplomate in Canine and Feline Practice. Less than one percent of all active veterinarians worldwide will achieve this status.
Dr. Davis has lived in and supported the Edmond Santa Fe school district since 1999 and all four of his children graduated from Edmond Santa Fe as Valedictorians. His son Ben is an Attorney, daughter Hope is a doctor, daughter Grace is a student at OU, and youngest Kate is studying at OSU. His current pets are two rescue cats named Ritchie and Dewey, and the chickens that live at the clinic.
In his spare time, Dr. Davis's interests include travel, history, sports, and driving his Kubota tractor. He is also slowly restoring his grandfather's 1952 Chevy pickup. His current goal is to step foot on all seven of the world's continents and visit every US Presidential Library.
